For the last two months I have felt not my self at all. First symptom that arose was a feeling of unsteadiness or tingling sensation around my head most of the time on the right side toward the back top of my head but it would also make my face feel tingly but not below my upper lip. Second were headaches never the same time and not every day either.
The headaches are not real painful but I never had headaches before this. And the same time I had pain in my knees, calf muscles, and buttocks, the pain was like having sore muscles after running but I had not done any activity to warrant this pain. I also feel very fatigued even after getting 8 hours of sleep.
Some times I also have a ringing in my ears maybe once every other day and never both ears. Any help would be great.
The sore muscle pain and lethargy even remind chronic fatigue syndrome or fybromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a condition in which a previously healthy person develops unexplained
exhaustion fatigue and muscle aches and pains that last for more than six months. In these situations, doctors are unable to find the cause and all blood tests appear to be normal.
Chronic fatigue syndrome is characterized by unexplained fatigue, weakness, muscle pain, feeling poorly, trouble thinking, and sometimes, fever and/or lymph node swelling. Some people may have problems with irritable bowel syndrome and many are tested positive for the presence of Epstein bar virus. Chronic fatigue syndrome is usually presented with severe symptoms but they may start as mild ones. The treatment of both of the diseases consists more-less of combination of medication and self-care and is oriented on relieving the symptoms and improving general health.

Dizzy Headache causes
What could cause a dizziness headache?
Headache and dizziness are two separate conditions. However, there are people who experience them simultaneously
Here are some probable causes to consider when the two occur together:
1. Separate conditions but one causes the other
It may start of as a headache, but the pain brings on dizziness as well.
Separate conditions but one causes the other Or you may well experience dizziness or vertigo (spinning type of dizziness) and it ends up triggering a headache or making an existing one worse.
Even though considered to be separate conditions, there can be a causal link. Even in terms of treatment, successfully treating of one symptom can improve the other.
2. It's a migraine
Dizziness can be part of a migraine attack.
They are known as migraine associated vertigo. The dizzy spells may happen before, during or after the headache

Please look at all the real stories, questions and answers from proffessional doctors as appears below.
I've been suffering from Dizzy headaches for almost 5 yrs, (I'm 25 yrs old now), My first experience with a really bad headache was horrible. I ... I feel like I should get another CT Scan or MRI, because I was never dizzy and off center like this.
I have noticed when i'm about to go to sleep or early morning before sleep, i start to get pains in my temples. i'll wake up and i get really dizzy, so i take tylenol, but the tylenol doesn't seem to help in any way for the dizzyness or my headaches i get with the pains. During the middle of the night i'll get up to take tylenol, then i'll go back to lay down and it hurts to even try to lay down, after even just puttin my head on my pillow and resting my temples still have the pain and feel Dizzy
