I'm a 16 year old female and I go to the weight room after school 3 times a week to keep in shape. Today while I was in the weight room I started sweating really badly all of the sudden [a lot more than I usually do] and I got a really bad headache .
I was dizzy when I would try to stay standing or do any more reps and I had to sit down and call it quits for the day. Does anyone know what may have been going on? I could possibly just be worrying too much, but I am a tad concerned
You might have had a transient episode of low blood pressure possibly from lack of proper hydration or attempting more strenuous activity than normal. However, just to be safe, I would check in with your doctor and let him know.

Dizzy Headache feeling, hard to explain
Hi,
For the past 2 months I have had a light headed/spacey/light dizzy/headache feeling where none of which is dominate. Its really hard to explain, probably because its a new feeling, but its a mixture of all four rolled into one.
I usually have it with in 30 mins of waking up and it lasts the whole day. Kinda how you feel when you're sleepy, but want to stay up cuz your favorite TV show is coming on. Sometimes its minor, but sometimes its more severe and I find it hard to concentrate.
I am a 32 yr old male. I get dizzy spells in the morning and they go through my whole body sometimes. It scares me because i dont know whats causing them. My gp does not seem very worried but then again they dont know everything. I dont know if there is anyone else out there with the same probs. My symptoms are weird, the feeling shoots down into my legs.

Dizzy Headache My Experience
For the last two months I have felt not my self at all. First symptom that arose was a feeling of unsteadiness or tingling sensation around my head most of the time on the right side toward the back top of my head but it would also make my face feel tingly but not below my upper lip. Second were headaches never the same time and not every day either.
The headaches are not real painful but I never had headaches before this. And the same time I had pain in my knees, calf muscles, and buttocks, the pain was like having sore muscles after running but I had not done any activity to warrant this pain. I also feel very fatigued even after getting 8 hours of sleep.
Some times I also have a ringing in my ears maybe once every other day and never both ears. Any help would be great.
The sore muscle pain and lethargy even remind chronic fatigue syndrome or fybromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a condition in which a previously healthy person develops unexplained
exhaustion fatigue and muscle aches and pains that last for more than six months. In these situations, doctors are unable to find the cause and all blood tests appear to be normal.
Chronic fatigue syndrome is characterized by unexplained fatigue, weakness, muscle pain, feeling poorly, trouble thinking, and sometimes, fever and/or lymph node swelling. Some people may have problems with irritable bowel syndrome and many are tested positive for the presence of Epstein bar virus. Chronic fatigue syndrome is usually presented with severe symptoms but they may start as mild ones. The treatment of both of the diseases consists more-less of combination of medication and self-care and is oriented on relieving the symptoms and improving general health.

Dizzy Headache causes
What could cause a dizziness headache?
Headache and dizziness are two separate conditions. However, there are people who experience them simultaneously
Here are some probable causes to consider when the two occur together:
1. Separate conditions but one causes the other
It may start of as a headache, but the pain brings on dizziness as well.
Separate conditions but one causes the other Or you may well experience dizziness or vertigo (spinning type of dizziness) and it ends up triggering a headache or making an existing one worse.
Even though considered to be separate conditions, there can be a causal link. Even in terms of treatment, successfully treating of one symptom can improve the other.
2. It's a migraine
Dizziness can be part of a migraine attack.
They are known as migraine associated vertigo. The dizzy spells may happen before, during or after the headache

Please look at all the real stories, questions and answers from proffessional doctors as appears below.
I've been suffering from Dizzy headaches for almost 5 yrs, (I'm 25 yrs old now), My first experience with a really bad headache was horrible. I ... I feel like I should get another CT Scan or MRI, because I was never dizzy and off center like this.
I have noticed when i'm about to go to sleep or early morning before sleep, i start to get pains in my temples. i'll wake up and i get really dizzy, so i take tylenol, but the tylenol doesn't seem to help in any way for the dizzyness or my headaches i get with the pains. During the middle of the night i'll get up to take tylenol, then i'll go back to lay down and it hurts to even try to lay down, after even just puttin my head on my pillow and resting my temples still have the pain and feel Dizzy
